Preparing the body for this type of ceremonies is very important.  â€‹

  • One week prior of any ceremony, we ask that you abstain completely from all alcoholic beverages and sexual relations.
    ​

  • At least 20 days prior to the beginning of the Quest, you should gradually reduce your consumption of meats, dairy products, condiments, and processed foods, while increasing the consumption of fruit, juices and vegetables.​

Ceremonies are just as sacred as they are special. We expect all on this quest to honor and respect one another, the elders, and the rituals of each of the ceremonies. Our guidelines ensure that each individual is able to experience this quest in the safest and most enjoyable way possible.

StarQuest is not a detox program, nor is it meant to cure any physical ailments, and we do not carry out psychological therapies. This is a ceremony within ourselves and a journey to our higher self; the ceremony supported by the Elders and guardians with wisdom as the guide. We are all NEW on this journey, this is a journey to focus more on RECEIVING.

​Once the ceremony is paid for, there are no full refunds. If you are unable to attend during the dates you booked, we will give you the option to reschedule for another time. Your place will be canceled and given to the next person on our waitlist.


Your payment makes StarQuest possible, we can not afford to run StarQuest without participant investment. Your purchase brings this vision to life as we prepare the space which can't be refunded in whole. 

If you decided to cancel your ceremony with us up to a week before the starting date, there are options to reimburse you for certain fees, but there is no way to give you back 100% of the cost to attend. 

Important Information

During ceremonies, if you exhibit any of the following, you may be asked to leave the space; (No refunds will be given if you are asked to leave).

  • The use of any drug forbidden or outlawed by the Mexican government

  • Having a weapon of any kind

  • Sexual harassment 

  • Physical or sexual assault 

  • Disrespect to another person

  • Insulting another group member, elder, guardian, team member, or hospitality/travel staff member

Health Notice
The safety, physical and psychological integrity of each participant will always be our top priority.
We can not accept you to attend the services of StarQuest for any of the following reasons:

Health Notice

  • Heart problems. If you have heart problems such as tachycardia, murmur, a pacemaker or a recent operation (including other complications).
     

  • If you are undergoing medication treatment or SERIOUS health PROBLEMS; infectious or highly contagious disease.
     

  • Those who suffer from advanced, high or low blood pressure, schizophrenia, various health diseases, disorders or any vulnerable condition previously diagnosed, advanced diabetes or high-risk pregnancy. If you use a nervous system inhibitor or anti-psychotics. Epilepsy, stroke, serious cancer or other diseases.
     

  • If you have had any surgery less than 3 months prior to the journey.

  • ​Liver disease, or other not mentioned diseases. If you have liver disease and are receiving medical treatment with pills. If you have a recent operation in any part of the digestive system less than 3 months prior to the journey.
     

  • Strong allergies to insect bites. 
     

  • Addiction or consumption of cocaine or any other type of substance considered synthetic and illegal.
     

  • No type of pills or drugs: It is forbidden to consume medications, contraceptives, vitamins and industrial supplements.
     

  • If you are in treatment for mental illness.
     

  • Patients DEPENDENT on any type of medicine prescribed by a doctor.

This website is owned and operated by StarQuest. The Terms and Conditions set forth the Terms under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the option to attend our services which include travel. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a set of legal terms defined by us. The following Terms govern the activities of StarQuest participants and website visitors on the said website, and the relationship between the site visitors and us, StarQuest.​ Our Terms provide us the ability to protect ourselves from potential legal exposure.

OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • You must be over 18 years of age to use our website, create an account or make a purchase through us.

  • We are the owners of all shared intellectual property, copyrights and logos.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel members accounts.

  • We reserve the right to reject applicants.

  • StarQuest reserves the right to change and modify the Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • In case of any medical complication, the participant will be responsible for their own expenses. Be upfront and honest in disclosing your conditions, your life comes first.

  • Participants of StarQuest agree that they have read all information on starquest.vision, so that they accept any consequence due to negligence in the understanding of information provided which is the full responsibility of the participant. The participant disclaims any liability to StarQuest and its Staff for the omitted information.

  • Limitation of Liability. Notice is hereby given that these Terms are executed on behalf of StarQuest and not individually, and that all obligations of these Terms are not binding upon any of the volunteers, members, employees or attendees individually, but binding only upon the assets of StarQuest. No individual shall be liable for any claims.
